Will you support a website that you didn't design or develop?
Yes, but we’ll need to run a few checks first to ensure the integrity of your website is maintained.
How does your support system work?
It’s all very simple. Choose your preferred method of communication (phone or email) and leave the rest up to us. We’ll ensure we have all the info needed to assist, before we schedule the work in and share a timeline for completion. Our time will also keep you in the loop with our progress for more time consuming requests. Any billable work will always be quoted on prior to actioning.
Do you have 24/7 support?
We offer 24/7 support for our web hosting services. So if your website goes down and we haven’t already been in touch with you, simply call the office, and you’ll speak to one of our team members that can assist in getting your website back up and running. To date, our team have never needed to assist with a request like this before.
What turn around time do you offer for support requests?
Anything that your team see as urgent or time sensitive, will be dealt with accordingly. Simply let us know of the urgency, and we’ll make it happen with same day delivery if possible. Turn around times are all dependant on the quantity and nature of the work.
Which CMS's do you support?
While we endorse a handful of CMS’s, we support a number of clients with other platforms too. We work with WordPress & WooCommerce, Shopify, SilverStripe, SquareSpace, Umbraco, Wix and even Weebly from time to time.
Can you support a hard coded website?
Yes of course (although it’s far more cost effective running a website off a CMS), assuming we have the appropriate access and processes on the languages used, our web development team will be able to help.
Do you offer monthly support retainers?
Yes we do, and we’d be happy to offer a reduced rate for a set number of hours per month. Additionally, we will always monitor your usage. If we find you’re consistently using a few hours a month, we will suggest a retainer to free up some budget.
Do you offer SEO support?
Yes we do, and at various levels. We offer light SEO maintenance on websites that aren’t regularly changed. For those adding content (news, pages, products etc) more frequently, we usually go with monthly changes to ensure that all of the content you generate is optimised fully. For those with more competitors, or operating in a more competitive space, we offer a more aggressive approach where we track your competitors and preferred phrases for a more detailed approach.
Do you offer web development support?
Yes, we support a number of websites that we did not design or originally develop. As long as we have the appropriate access, we can assist with web development or hard coded changes.
