Judy was born and raised in a seaside town on the East coast of South Africa called Gonubie (“Ga-noo-bee”). Her education in Information Technology was technical, but she has always been an advocate for clients at heart.
It didn’t take long for Judy’s unique combination of skills to lead her to a pivotal role in the operations of an award winning digital agency in London. With years of experience managing over 200 digital clients, including major companies such as CDC Group, Essar Energy, and Associated British Foods, Judy brings a wealth of expertise to her current position at Phancybox.
Judy was trained in various forms of dance from a young age. This allowed her to not only develop a love of expression through movement, but also to nurture her creativity. This artistic background profoundly influences Judy’s approach to her professional endeavors.
Similar to how dance enabled her to communicate stories through movement, Judy applies her creative flair to craft compelling narratives through her work, ensuring that every project resonates with clients and leaves a lasting impact.
Judy has developed a unique and dynamic approach to life, and is the main driver for the vision and culture of Phancybox, as well as the teams growing sustainability policy. Whether she is riding the waves as a surfer, conquering challenges in her athletic pursuits, or spearheading projects at Phancybox, she wholeheartedly embraces her innate creativity to bring innovation and a touch of artistry to everything she undertakes.
Nick is a dynamic professional, currently serving as the Technical Lead at Phancybox, where he brings his unique blend of technical expertise and a passion for pushing boundaries to the forefront.
Nick’s journey is an intriguing mix of scientific beginnings and a mid-90’s spin into the world of IT, culminating in the completion of a Master’s degree. However, his story takes an extraordinary turn as he discovered a fervor for endurance events that led him to compete in over six World Championships across various disciplines. With an impressive tally of over 45 Ironman and Half Ironman finishes to his name, Nick epitomizes the spirit of perseverance. His current marathon finishes top just under 80 but apparently that’s where the tally will stop.
Before joining Phancybox, Nick honed his skills in the IT realm while working for a top-tier digital agency in London, where he played a pivotal role in delivering large-scale projects. His background in endurance sports has imbued him with a tenacious attitude and a relentless pursuit of excellence, qualities that have seamlessly translated into his professional life.
As one of the founding members of Phancybox, Nick is not only a solid driver for the technical team but also a source of inspiration for all associated members. His commitment to overcoming challenges and achieving remarkable feats is not limited to the world of sports; it’s a philosophy that resonates throughout his career and has undoubtedly contributed to the success of Phancybox.
