Add a new user to
Google Business Profile

This user guide explains how to add a new user to your Google Maps listing
or Google Business Profile.

1. Login at using the email address associated with the profile you want to change.

2. Choose your business from the list.

Tip: If you don’t see the business you want to edit, in your list, try logging out and then logging back in again using a different email address.

3. Click on the three dots and then Business Profile Settings.

4. Click People and access.

5. Click Add.

6. Enter the email address.

7. Choose between the access level of Owner or Manager.

8. Click Invite to complete the process.
