Add an Administrator user
to Google Analytics 4

Video user guide for adding an Administrator user to Google Analytics 4.

1. Login at using the email address associated with the account you want to change.

2. Once logged in, make sure that you’re looking at the correct website. If you have access to more than one you’ll see a list on the top left-hand corner.

Tip: If you can’t see the website in your list of websites, try logging out and then logging in with another email address.

3. Once you’re on the correct website, on the bottom left-hand corner click on Admin, then click on Account Access Manager.

4. On the top right-hand corner click on the blue and white plus icon.

5. Click Add Users.

6. Enter the email address of the new user, which needs to be associated with a Google account. It will error if the email address is not going to work.

7. You can tick Notify New Users Via Email.

8. Click Administrator and then to complete the request click on the blue Add button.
